As expensive as food is these days, I'm saddened at the level of care the Bay Area store is becoming. The kids meal is lack luster with very little protein, stale taco shells, and watery lettuce (which is gross). They continuously forget the salad dressing. I'm curious how hard it is to take a moment to double check an order before it goes out, stop putting a pound of rice on my One Taco

steak meat always has nerves and mostly just pieces of fat. Lucky if you get 5 pieces of actual meat you can chew and swallow. this is not the first time either plus the meat portion is small for the price they want to charge.

I ordered a chicken bowl...I wish there was an option to add less rice and more lettuce. I literally had 5 pieces of lettuce and 5 small small pieces of chicken and a MOUND of rice. The taste was great but the portion is really 2 thumbs down

with tip almost $30 for a burrito with almost NO meat. I had to open it up to make sure there was even meat on it. I ordered Barbacoa and Carnitas. Definitely not what I paid for or am used to. Was very disappointed 😔

Something about their steak was not good this time around. It's chewy, doesn't have any juices, and they just refuse to put enough of it in these things.
