I ordered a Burrito Bowl and One Taco for pickup. The bowl protein was Carnitas and was delicious. The pork was plentiful, tender, and delicious along with a number of very tasty and plentiful toppings. The Taco was a total loss. The Taco was also supposed to be Carnitas and toppings but was a crunchy taco with tomato salsa. Nothing else. What a disappointment. I had to wait about 5 minutes after the notified pick up time, but the carry out server was quick and efficient. Had I only had the bowl, this would be 4 delicious stars, but a tomato Taco pushes the rating down to 3. I will consider this a one time occurrence and order take out again and expect the normal delicious meal and good service whatever I order.

Food sucked, steak was dry and over cooked and tasted burnt. Burrito was loaded with everything, and was the size of a baseball. Ridiculous it costed $14 and it was nothing but wrapped up tortilla with lettuce. Wanted chips and cheese, got guacamole. Absolutely ridiculous the money people spend and don't even get a decent meal. Pathetic and will not be ordering again.

My wife and I ordered a burrito with all the fixings and a bowl with all the fixings. When my food arrived the $14 burrito was the size of a deck of playing cards and the bowl felt like it might have a single scoop of lettuce inside. I opened the foil around the burrito to find it had a single scoop of cold under cooked chicken in it and the bowl had a single scoop of cold undercooked steak in it. The order cost $37 dollars. I'm so disappointed. I checked other reviews on this particular chipotle and apparently this type of thing happens often and has been happening for quite some time. Save your money. This chipotle is something else.

Did not receive more than half our orders. Everytime we order here something is wrong with our food. I highly recommend you order elsewhere. Its like they have12 years olds who cant read or write working here. Absolutely pitiful. I had to pay 14 dollars for this ! Less than half a bowl and everything in it was wrong. Not to mention no rice or fajita veggies

My burrito was wrapped so badly it was difficult to eat. ⅓ of the ingredients were not edible and outside of the burrito shell when it arrived.
I used to work at Chipotle and my burrito was not up to Chipotle standards, very disappointing!
