I went early only to find that if I had just entered the line I would have had my order almost right away. The people working the line were getting through order in no time but finally at about 5:05 I was told by an employee that as my order was not due to be completed until 5:20 it would not be done until then. The white rice was completely out and they told me there would be no more so I my brown rice . The chicken was not hot it was lukewarm. This was very disappointing. The amount of chicken was shocking as it was very very little compared to other Chipotle's. This used to be my go to Chipotle but it has just gone downhill. The salsa was excellent and the lettuce was fresh and the beans were perfect!

I usuallybuy a protein bowl when I an finished with my Chemo. The protein bowls, chicken or beef are normally so good. Yesterday I ordered from a different location. it was closer to where I am. The amount of chicken was so SmMall I thought ther we was not chicken at all. I bought 2 Bowls. One was for my daughter. I ordered extra steak, guacamole on the side. Spending $50 for 2 s protein bowls, Was a bust. I wouldn't order from them again. How can 2 location add be so different.

The food was delicious as always. However, I ordered a chicken salad with extra chicken and was charged nearly 6 dollars for extra chicken. When the salad arrived, there was barely any chicken. I would have been disappointed with the amount of chicken in my salad if I had only ordered the regular amount, let alone paying extra for extra chicken. I think there were 4 to 5 small pieces of chicken in this salad. In defense of Chipotle, the other items in my family order were fine, and this is a first time for me to have them short me. But for $25 + for the salad I received. I was just disappointed.

I'm not a fan of rice, but wanted a bit in my burrito bowl. What I got was a bowl of primarily rice and red sauce. There were very few beans, I had to search for the sofritas, there was a string or two of cheese, some guac, and a tiny bit of lettuce. Overall a mushy, lukewarm bowl of saucy rice was all I could taste. What's worse is that I paid over $5 extra for items I could hardly find in the bowl. They don't allow special requests so I couldn't say "light on the rice and heavy on the lettuce"and if I knew the entire bowl would drown in a sea of red sauce, I would have asked for it on the side. Very disappointing.

We love Chipotle because it is always flavorful and consistent. The Burrito Bowl was yummy with the chicken. The Kid's Build Your Own was also delicious with the steak. Chips & Guacamole and Chips & Queso Blanco are also always a yummy side.
