Chips are stale, they taste like they came from a cold bag. The fajita vegetables were undercooked. there's no steak in the bowl for $20! The guacamole was brown and it's missing flavor and salt. The bowls are full of overcooked rice. Total disappointment for a $100+ order

Often make small portions unfair to customers paying extra money and being short changed with little to any food often times I've received more cheese then meat . The food was good and fresh just unfairly small portion. If I order again I would just have to pay extra and hope I actually get it.

Chips were stale, guac was old, and barely added protein... all cheese and rice. Disgusting that they put two bites of chicken in my Burrito Bowl

The rice was undercooked in my Burrito which is just so strange. The staff are always so uncomfortable to interact with and are clearly not happy in this environment.

This is my first experience with this restaurant. I ordered chicken and steak burritos. The taste was phenomenal! Perfect taste with a hint of spice! I will definitely order from chipotle again!
