Terrible food. This food doesn't even taste like the Chipotle "recipe" the meat was salty, dried out, and the rice grains still semi raw. The portions did not look like I paid $25 for a Burrito Bowl. Additionally, a lot of the toppings were missing... I know for a fact this store is extremely busy since opening day, but I don't believe this is an excuse for such product. Hoping it was just a bad day as I truly enjoy Chipotle's food. In the meantime, I would love if I could have the Bloomingdale's store back as a choice for us. They are always great!

The food was terrible.. I never thought I would say that. I worked for chipotle. Cut sizes off steak was bland chicken was bland rice was under cooked veggies had no salt and were under cooked I order double chicken and steak got half and half and the rice portion was not correct either. Half a scoop of sour cream and sprinkle of cheese. Worst bowl ever. I get peole make mistakes but this was such a miss.. hopefully they were just new...

Ordered burrito and it was so small very little chicken and BLAND. Thought I
I'd give Chipotle a shot..... one and done. Bland flavor and skimpy portions for the cost. Back to TJ Flats !

I got a bowl of rice and beans. Pay extra for steak and there are 4 tiny pieces of meat in the bowl. Not recommended

only a few small pieces of steak (as ALWAYS when it comes to this location) and dark brown guacamole in my Bowl and with chips 🤮
