The rice is always undercooked and hard. The carnitas are always chewy and cold. And the topping portion sizes are always disappointingly small. If there was another Chipotle option locally I'd be going there instead.

I've never had Chipotle before and heard great things about their salads. To say I was disappointed when I opened the salad is an understatement. Theres maybe 10 pieces of lettuce, the smallest scoop of guac and a pound of cheese. This was not worth $13. I will not be ordering from here again.

This Burrito Bowl is so empty , they could have used the metal tin cover as the bowl itself. Sorry excuse for a $19 meal

I paid basically almost $20 and my bowl was extremely small quality of the food. There was more sour cream and guacamole than there was rice, chicken and lettuce which was only a few pieces. I never experienced this before until today with poption order through here.
