The chips that I ordered extra, were not fresh. Couldn't eat, stale. The price I paid for these items the serving was not adequate.
The bowls were okay. My problem was everything was cold, maybe a couple bites of chicken and I paid extra for guacamole which one had about a tablespoon and the other had none. I've ordered before and was highly satisfied so must be the employees I assume

description of steak and picture misleads customer as portion is the size of a sauce cup and steak is not just grilled but heavily seasoned and spicy and stale and dry

it tasted like slop, cheese dip was scorched and brownish colored, chips were stale, burrito had hardly any meat and was so overfilled that it was complicated to eat and flavors were bad because over stuffed with topping and couldn't taste the base meat. this will be my last time ordering from them cause the quality has been declining steadily. the chips don't even taste the same any more. they went from white corn chips to yellow as well, or a low end white chip that has more yellow to it and the texture is stale and unlike any other Chipotle in the US. horrible. I'm so disappointed this time.

The Burrito Bowl was good but the steak was dry and chewy like it wasn't very fresh. The rice was amazing and had lots of flavor. The portion size was decent. I might order it again but maybe try it with chicken.

The Burrito Bowl was good there was more rice than other items though.
The Tortilla on the Side was like rubber they could have been used for a sling shot.
Was our first time trying we will go back minus the tortillas.
