The chips were stale and the bowl was mostly rice. The rice was a bit undercooked also. It seemed to only be like a half portion of beans and a sprinkling of cheese. I would have added extra cheese but that wasn't an option.

Chips were burnt (both bags) and we hardly got any chicken in our bowls. It was mostly rice. Ordered from here before and it was great but this time, not so much.

the chipotle honey chicken is literally the BEST protein option they have ever had! also they really gave me a great amount of food 100% happy with my order!

Chips were stale, guac was browning and gross. Got a salad with no salad dressing. Lettuce tasted like chemicals and cheese tasted like plastic

This is pro the worst chipotle I have ordered from. Firsttime I ordered my rice was so dry but I decided to give them a second chance. The second time I ordered a brisket bowl and they sent me a veggie bowl with no drink. I asked for a replacement and they sent me back a bowl with nothing but fatty pieces. A few pieces at that. I know for a fact I would not be getting this treatment if I went in and ordered. Im so upset.
