All of the white rice was under cooked. It was inedible and we had to throw it away. The carnitas were burnt and had to be thrown away as well. Usually don't have this issue with Chipotle. Disappointing.

There was virtually no ingredients in both burritos. Hard to believe the quality of service is so low at this business.

my Burrito Bowl had very little of everything. i just got a mouthful of lettuce and guacamole. not worth what i paid

OMGGGG. Whoever made my bowl made it out of love because it was so bomb and good they added the right amount of everything like they stuffed it up

The tortilla was hard, clumps of cold cheese inside burrito. Then they want to charge 3.50 for a cup of salsa. I don't know how they stay in business.
