i love chipole and this one is closer but the rice is never fully cooked is always hard and grainy, also the past 2 or 3 times i've gotten this one my quesadilla was very small compared to other times, also paying th extra for the quac container has been barley filled dont understand paying extra for barley anything...

I love Chipotle. The Burrito Bowlis king of skimpy, not a lot of meat in it and I wanted more to it. the Tortilla on the Side is good, used it for some of the Burrito Bowl. the Chips & Queso Blancoare my favorite! I get it every time I go to chipotle! Definitely getting them again.

Very disappointed with my order. The bowl was only filled to about one-third of its capacity, which is unacceptable for the price I paid. The portion size was far smaller than expected and did not match what was advertised. I feel like I did not receive good value for my money.
I hope you improve your quality control and provide fair portions to future customers.

Burrito was mostly rice and cheese. My hsband wouldnt eat it.Salad was so soupy the bottom of the bag was soaked and tearing open. What little meat it had was mostly fat. Wasted $50. Will not orderfrom here again
