I usually don't like complaining about orders--usually issues are small and not repeate. but this order wasn't the best. I had ordered a burrito and bowl.
The burrito wasn't exactly...a burrito. more like the ingredients were in a bowl, no tortilla on the side.
The bowl was a very small portion to normal, the sour cream was very watery and the vegetables felt like they were soaked in a lot of sodium. To the point I could not eat it---I may try to cook my own rice to avoid wasting.
I honestly think our order was the "scraped from the bottom of the barrel". Often if there's an outage of food or something similar, simply leaving a note to explain the whys and/or a replacement item is given, and that normally is more than enough and appreciated. I've been in bed the food and customer industry, I get it.
But this was very sloppy and the cost was too high for this sort of situation. We've had close calls with chipotle lately, but this wins by a landslide.

Bowl was loaded full and the carne asada was the most tender I've ever had from chipotle. Amazing!

Chipotle followed directions perfectly, and gave a good healthy portion. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. Will continue to order from them again and again.

My chicken burrito was amazing! All the toppings were fresh and they gave a good amount of them all :)
