• 6/15/26The chips (there were 18) were incredibly stale. I ordered a large bag of chips and queso (the queso was cold and congealed in its bowl). For $10, this wasn't worth it whatsoever and I won't order again. The salad is mildly better, but there's so much liquid in the bottom of the bowl, it's all soggy. I only got salsa, lettuce, chicken, and cilantro cream sauce.

• 5/1/25So happy to have Chipotle in Morganton! The wait was a bit long as you might expect given they just opened, but the food was GREAT! I would expect nothing less. Always consistently good at every location I've ever tried. Loved the Burrito Bowl and the chips & queso side.

• 12/5/25bought a sofritas burrito with a small amount of Chips & Queso Blanco. ended up receiving a large. the burrito was lacking the tomatillo sauce and sour cream I ordered on it. was hot and ready to eat. very fresh.
