The Burrito Bowl I ordered had the SMALLEST quantity of guac I have ever received from any Chipotle. Considering it is close to $4 to add guac, I was expecting more. In addition to the guac issue, my order did not have any of the hot salsa I specified. Very disappointed.

Cheese Quesadilla that was $11 had NO cheese. Small chips were 15 stale salty chips at the bottom of a bag.

Always a favorite. Healthy and fast! But, seems like it keeps getting more spicy every time we go there. I thought it was just the chicken, so I skipped that for the kids this time, but now even the beans in the kids meal were too spicy for them to eat.

There was barely any food in the container. It was about 5 or 6 bites. 4 little pieces of chicken and 1 inedible because of the fat and connective tissue. No salsa which I requested and probably just under 1/4 cup of rice. Worst serving from this particular store.

The Kid's Quesadilla was burnt to the foil. I understand it's also a kids size however it was the size of a folded over taco tortilla, extremely small.
