The salad was slid completely down to one end so juices were leaking out. The burrito did not seem very large at all...not near the size of a burrito when we've ordered at the restaurant.
Food/restaurants are very expensive these days and this meal just didn't seem as good as we expected.

I normally don't get the queen and chips, but this time I decided to. The chips were inedible, they were so stale like they had been sitting out for weeks. Super disappointed, especially since I paid $6 for chips I couldn't even eat. Only reason I'm giving it three stars is because my bowl was good.

Tasty but almost next to none on the sour cream. Also for the price increase you'd think it would have been a nicer portion. Quick delivery but the portion was very skimpy and like I said missing sour cream

Once in awhile the stars align and you get the perfect burrito, a bag of chips that isnt too greasy or salty, and the fresh batch of guacamole. When that happens it's really a top notch experience.

Normally, chipotle recipe is delicious, but there is never consistency in the guacamole recipe, every day taste different . To be honest employees need to fallow recipes!! Same with the white rice, some days salty, others day very hard, and some days delicious! I guess is something that definitely managers are not putting attention to it.
My rice was very hard today, and the guacamole taste was awfull as well, probably I'll be more lucky next time.lol
