I don't know if this is a new establishment, but I've been eating at Chop't for lunch for 2 yrs and I've never ever had a Shrimp Spring Roll Salad where you pay for extra shrimp and you're give 7 pieces of whole shrimp not chopped and a whole bunch of spinach, NOT CHOPPED. and none of the additional items that I paid extra for! This was a very horrible experience. i feel like its just this location.

My The Chopt Greek Salad was mostly lettuce. Literally only 3 pieces of tofu. 4 pieces of bacon. No scallions that I ordered and paid for. I didn't want or even order crispy wontons and the wontons were plentiful. Disappointed

No bread or dressing as ordered. The Greek salad was 90% lettuce, a fair amout of which was wilted - like it had been frozen then thawed. After removing enough of the lettuce to find the rest of the ingriedients, combined they amounted to about 1/3 of a cup. I was able to count on one hand the pieces of feta. That is not an exaggeration.

They are so inconsistent I can't continue coming here. There's either no dressing on the wrap or it's flooded. I had to ask for my order twice with it sitting there in the bag behind the counter, no one called my order or checked the name on the bag.
