• 8/31/22Ordered spicy chicken, didn't receive it. The chicken was hot but lacked flavor. The biscuit was as hard as a rock. Also thought it was a different restaurant than a regular Church's chicken because of how it's advertised online. Highly dissatisfied and will not be ordering from here again.

• 9/4/22The driver was excellent and my food was still warm. The only reason I ordered from there because I love their fried okra $ especially the biscuit. I did not get the biscuit and it just ruined the whole thing for me. Never Church's again for me.

• 12/12/25The wings just weren't as I expected. I didn't know it was hot sauce on them though they were cooked in a spicy flour. Regular chicken wings with a butter, hot sauce on top probably won't get it again.

• 7/31/26I paid for 2 large Baked Mac & Cheese and they gave 3 little ones. I paid for Honey-Butter Biscuits™ and got none. I didnt receive any of the buttered corn.
