Rolls weren't as soft as I expected, but 15 seconds in the microwave made them perfect. Also thought the Mochalatta Chill® I ordered was a blended drink, but what I received was a very tasty iced coffee.

The classic cinnamon roll was flat, smashed, crooked... Seemed smaller than before in a vertical sense. It was disappointing.

The strawberrry blended drink my son ordered was separated and looked gross. 

I was very frustrated that I paid full price for these items, this is not the typical Cinnabon experience that I know. What I received should have not been served.

The cinnamon rolls really didn't seem very fresh. Maybe day-old?  And there is  hardly any filling in them.

i am sooooo bummed out about this. Cinnabon has always been a favorite of mine. I live in marysville. so i always get them at the cinnabon in the gas station.  Theyre alwasy soo delish and perfect. Im working today, and i thought i would order myself a treat. THESE DONT EVEN TASTE LIKE "CINNNABON" Theres a certain flavor/ texture  that you expect from cinnnabon. This place doesnt follow the recipe. the cinnabon cinnamon  tastes wayyyy diffferent that what im tasting on this. IM so disappointed. sve your money, Go to arlington, pilot station and you will get REAL cinnabon
