Sizzling Japanese Tofu is just plain tasteless tofu in cornstarch sauce. Seafood Bean Curd Soup is also just cornstarch soup with some tiny pieces of fish slices and frozen veges. Not much effort put into cooking this two dishes. Price is also higher than standards.
