• 7/25/25Everytime I order from this store this is what they send for a quart. It's a long way from full. They need to pack the ice cream down, especially at these prices. The ice cream was good, tho.

• 4/5/24This is my fave flavor BUT this didnt come from the pre packed frozen quarts. It was soft and 1/4 of the top empty. If they were going to hand pack, there needs to be no air and space. This is a GIANT ripoff for what Coldstone charges and delivery.

• 2/13/26The Apple Pie a la Cold Stone® arrived and only included melted vanilla ice cream with zero mix ins (no extra mix ins were even added nor ordered). The Cheesecake Fantasy® arrived melted with little to no mix ins as well. Extremely disappointing given the price for the signature creations in general regardless of delivery.

• 12/4/22Used to just love Founder's Favorite but have ordered it in different states now and the same problem, skimpy pecans and brownie. Hardly worth the high price.
