This is how mine came. It's less than 2 miles away yet it took about 20 mins after being picked up so I doubt it was the stores fault however I wasn't expecting it to all be crammed into that cup. You literally couldn't open the cup without the ice cream overflowing out of it.

Ordering ahead of time is a plus for a mom of a 4 year old. Great ice cream, no wait time... and we were able to share a kids size!

Heaven in a cup. Best Ice cream I've ever had. First time trying and I have found my Ice cream place for sure. The butter pecan with pecans is smacking.

I was charged $10 for a child size scoop of ice cream the website doesn't show the ounces I was very disappointed with such a small portion
