• 8/30/26Complete rip off. Shakes are about the size of a free water cup at McDonalds, except this one you pay $15 for.

• 9/10/24I ordered the Like it size and did my own Create Your Own Creation. It was prepared just right with roasted almonds mixed in. It was still cold and frozen upon delivery. I also ordered a waffle bowl on the side . My waffle bowl was perfect and not broken during transit. It was well packedto prevent breakage. This was my first ice cream delivery item and I will certainly use it again . My order was just right, size was as ordered and no broken waffle bowl. Great for Monday night football when I dont want to leave the tv.

• 8/23/26Have never had an issue with cold stone in store but since I started ordering for delivery, there has been a steady decline in the quality of the 3 pint I have been ordering. I'm not sure if the employees don't realize it comes with 6 add-ins, don't care because they know I'm not picking it up or what, but I'm lucky to get the equivalent of 2 add-in portions. I've given up on ordering from cold stone again because the $28 cost is no where close to the product I've been receiving since ordering for delivery

• 2/15/26It wasn't mixed at all and toppings were left out. The Oreo cookies were whole at the bottom, and I paid extra for brownies which weren't included. They left out the fudge. It was coffee ice cream with an Oreo and some peanuts at the bottom.

• 7/3/26Got the birthday cake remix, YUM and the extra sprinkles on top were definitely noticed & appreciated, it's the little things :)
I was worried about it being melted but it was fine!
