• 3/8/24I had ordered the LARGEST size "gotta have it" in sweet cream with extra (3x's) the roasted almonds & when I opened up the bag and noticed that was NOT what I paid for! It was a medium "love it" size with about 1 teaspoon of roasted almonds. I spent nearly $15.00 for a size and toppings that were made for a small child. Very disappointed!

• 6/8/26Spent over $30 for ice cream with barely any toppings. This is the only location that does this. Never again will I waste my money here.

• 3/2/24I ordered the "gotta have it" size and it was NOT the size i got. I got the "love it" (aka medium) size and I ordered extra almonds and only received a sprinkle of almonds on the top. Super disappointed spending $16 for a half scoop of icecream with a half teaspoon of topping when I paid for at least double that amount (not including tip and tax!). My order wasnt even that complicated. Super disappointed
