whether you order online or go in, they always have amazing service and perfect food. The Birria Tacos “RED TACOS"  are perfect, juicy meat and broth, tangy and bright red onions and cheese, ALWAYS slaps. My boyfriend changes his order everything we go and never had a bad dish. # we love you Comal🫶🏻🫶🏻

Soup. Bowl size, quantity of a cup size. Way over priced at almost $20 for a cup of soup. 
Nachos. Very salty, dry meat. Again way over priced almost $20. I have never heard of a Mexican restaurant NOT including chips & salsa with a meal bought, until Comal. Honestly the prices they charge the consumer should have free chips and salsa with an order. Instead they charge $7 for a lunchbag of chips and $6 for salsa. Such a disappointment.

First time trying this local restaurant. Had high hopes, and the prices are reasonable.  Came with a large complimentary bag of chips with salsa, which was nice. Ordered the two item Combo with a burrito and soft taco which came with a side of rice and beans. The rice and beans were tasty; unfortunately, the beef in the taco was bland and pretty much tasteless. The burrito was slightly better flavor-wise, but that was basically canceled out by its sogginess which made it unpalatable.  As I mentioned, it was my first time ordering from here, so it's possible this isn't typical of their food, but I can't say I'm eager to order from them again anytime soon to find out for sure.

This is seriously THE BEST Mexican Restaurant in Southern Oregon!  I am used to the taquerias in Southern California, much closer to the border, so they are meeting a high bar for my standards.  I've tried others in the area to try to get my Mexican food fix, but there's is the best in my opinion.
