Rising Sun Extra is a great box! Big portions little heavy on rice but that's ok th proportion are good. Im used to LA sushi I def over ordered. The sashimi (toro, salmon, albacore and tuna) was perfect so fatty and thick. Love the toro handrolls and unagi nigiri

Got takeout. Garlic green beans delicious and tender. Generous quantity shrimp in protein choice for yakisoba, noodles firm textured, well flavored. Liked the calamari tempura with spicy mayo additional sauce offered. Avocado roll with extra avocado on top - perfect firmness and ripeness. Great meal.

Sushi was very tasty particularly the maki rolls and house rolls, sush as hamachi.
However, packing was a real problem. Super hot soups right in the same back as the sushi. One soup with the top popped off, thankfully double packed so it did not get onto everything but still lost nearly half the broth. Tasty soup but may skip next time. Soup should be in a separate bag.

Great quality and everyone I've encountered who works there is incredibly friendly. I've admittedly had the Maki Bento Combo every other day for the past 1.5 weeks now. The add-on (4 pieces of nigiri for $10) is a great value as well!
