I got a 4 pack of cookies and one was the brownie, the brownie was hard, dry and felt very old, it's so dried out there was a huge crack in the center of it. I wouldn't order the brownie again if that's how it normally is, especially since I had to pay more for it. The brownie was a big portion though.

Cookies were all hard, as were both pieces of cake. Super disappointing when it was $20+ for 4 cookies.

Cookie was way smaller than normal, consistency/shape was also a bit off. It was very chunky/lumpy and compact which is atypical for a crumbl cookie. Pretty disappointed tbh

The manager was amazing in accommodating food allergy needs. She even put a sticky note on the box with ingredients for the cookies as well!

All my chocolate chip cookies were burned and crunchy. Won't be ordering again just to waste my money.
