• 1/12/26I placed the order online the night before for pickup the next day. I walked into the store and asked for 2 additional single cookies. My single cookies were brought out in a reasonable time, but I had to wait quite a long time for an order that should have been ready prior to anything else. The cookies were not placed in the box in a very presentable way. For what I paid, I expected much better service & faster pickup time.

• 5/22/25This was the banana cream pie cookie. Very nasty taste like play doh, cold and undone. It also looks very different from the picture advertised

• 10/30/25I always get crumble cookies but they tasted old and i know they make them right there in the kitchen but they just tasted not there normal goodness almost stape to a point or dry maybe i shoukd say
