I adore and crave Crumbl! Their cookies are the perfect dessert, indulgence, comfort food, or late-night snack! The best weeks offer milk chocolate chip cookies (alternates w semi-sweet). My husband and I always get another flavor or two, usually a six pack! The cookies arrive warm, fresh, and incredibly delicious! They're pricey but worth every penny!
Tip: Put leftover cookies in ziplocs once they are cool, store at room temp. Can rewarm in microwave at 50% if not frosted. Start with 7-10 sec, turn over, 7 more secs, turn again, repeat with 5 secs, until warm. If your microwave doesn't have a turntable, rotate the plate, too! Or try a defrost setting. Be conservative! Don't overdo it, or you'll get a blob of melty cookie in the middle!

I ordered the 4-Pack and paid extra for upgraded cookies. Probably shouldn't have ordered late night because I only got the basic cookies and 2 cookies I didn't want to eat at all. Wished if they were going to substitute they would call or alert you. Felt like a waste of $25 plus tip for 2 cookies.

I ordered 2 Oreo cakes and paid extra for them and without notifying me I was given 2 chocolate chip cookies without getting my extra pay back. Also the frosting on one of my cookies slid off the cookie completely and pooled around all the others in the box.

I didn't get what I paid for. I ordered one of the special trifle ones that costs an extra 1.49 and they gave me two red velvets and kept the extra money.
