This batch of cookie order was completely poor quality. In the Crumbl photos, a couple of the cookies looked double layered, but our were single. This is in reference to the Minecraft collab. The keylime was under baked. Entirely unhappy with this order. And the cookies were super small.

It was disappointing to receive stale, dry cookies. Maybe the recipe changed or they are using lower quality but the cookies were barely edible when we usually devour them. It has really put me off and I won't order again.

it tasted gross and one of the Dubai ones I had ordered barely had anything in it. also there was NO cookie at the bottom
