I was so ready to complain about the ChocoChunk Scoop, because the thing was the size of a deodarant stick when the promotional photo advertised was misleading. But as the big back I am, after demolishing the ChocoChunk Scoop I had the Pick-3 Box (biscoff, red velvet and smores) after taking a few bites out of the biscoff cookie, I understood the pricing. The cookies are fresh, soft and made wonderfully. I felt like I experienced some type of heaven while eating the biscoff cookie that by time I finished it, I decided to write my review. This place is so worth the money, as their quality is astounding! I haven't even eaten the rest of them yet but I just KNOW their good. While still a bit mislead over the portion of the ChocoChunk Scoop, I can overlook it for the sake of the Biscoff cookie. Would order again.

Some cookies were small some were bigger than others and one of them was already broken. The taste was good but the packaging, presentation and customer service is really bad.

Ordered a few different cookies and they were okay but small and definitely NOT worth $4 each. Wouldn't order from here again, there are too many other truly tasty cookie places.

So inconsistent. Sometimes I get fresh soft cookies and sometimes I get burnt, dry old cookies. I ordered 3 cookies and they were all burnt on the sides, dry and old. Order from Bang Cookies instead, always get consistent quality there.

the cookies were so dry i strtes choking taste was okay was a little fresh but dry came a good amount just was oily at the bottom for some reason didnt understand that i would order again if quality was better overall 5/10
