I've had halo pub, Thomas sweets, creamery at penn state.
I would say this is about as good as penn state ice cream. It's about as good as it gets

ice cream was so good and the toppings were all really great! I got the chocolate Oreo flavor. portion size was good for the price!

They've been getting rather stingy with the amount of toppings they give you. If I order a quart of ice cream, I need a reasonable amount of toppings for it.

Good ice cream I was just annoyed that my toppings came in 4 separate cups and no spoon in the bag it should've been more specific on that before ordering
