I honestly love this place. I order from them quite a bit for breakfast when I'm feeling like I don't wanna cook. They are so consistent, the staff is kind, the menu is great. I would recommend ordering from them and or even going into sit down.

my husband and I ordered Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs & The #16 the chicken fried steak was amazing, there was something about it that made me feel warm inside. it was definitely comfort food. My husband had the #16 completely ate it down! this place is amazing and we're now even ordering it for family that's in town visiting.

One of the very best restaurants in all San Diego
I've ordered from this restaurant literally countless times over the years (almost 20 years now) and have yet to find a better all around place for breakfast.

Daily Grinds does an exceptional job with breakfast. Never disappointed! Corned Beef hash prepared perfectly. Eggs are always exactly as I ordered. I highly recommend DG!
