My blizzard had a few chunks of cookie on top and the rest of it was plain vanilla ice cream. They cheaped out on the good bits and barely stirred it. You can't even call it a blizzard. It was a cup of vanilla ice cream.

blizzards were both under the rim, got both Royal OREO® BLIZZARD® Treat and SKOR® BLIZZARD® Treat wrong, customization ignored for both, was supposed to have cookie dough and got caramel turtles instead, other one didn't have the skor it was supposed to. Extremely dissapointed.
