The Dan Dan Noodles / 四川担担面 are great. A huge amount, 2-3 meals. I get the medim spicy which is pleasantly spicy. Spicy Sour Glass Noodles / 四川酸辣粉 are also excellent. Also huge amount and the swextra potato noodles are really good.

The exact right level of spice! Delicious and spicy but not too spicy. The texture of the noodles is amazing and the vegetables are great. Will definitionget again!!

Dan Dan Noodles / 四川担担面 are good but dry, they need a sauce. The Spicey Glass Noodles / 四川酸辣粉 were very good. Nice sour taste. The Sichuan Zhong Dumplings / 四川钟水饺 are excellent!

Mapo Tofu Rice Bowl / 麻婆豆腐盖饭was very tasty but would have like for it to be a little more spicy and extra numbing. 13 Spice Stir-fried Noodles or Rice / 沙县13香炒面 (饭）my wife had were okay....maybe she should have asked for it spicy instead of mild.

The dn dan noodles itself were bouncy and the broth was good it's just the aftertaste is weird idk if I could get this again :(
