• 10/9/21we always get chocolate shakes and a bag of cheeseburgers. the shakes are made the old school way, with hand-scooped ice cream. the burgers are perfect fresh and even freeze well. 40 seconds in the microwave and they taste just as fresh as the day we get them. makes it easy when you get a late night craving.

• 9/20/24Got 2 orders of fries, one bag was barely half full, and the other bag was less full than that. How you can underfill a bag of fries that is smaller than a McDonalds small is beyond me. Disappointing because the fries are usually the best part.

• 2/9/23I made the mistake of scheduling my order. The food arrived almost inedible. Fries were like limp greasy noodles that wouldn't hold shape and were tipped upside down so the grease was seeping through the bag. The ice was completely melted in the soda so it was watery. Burger was smashed and cold. The shake was melted but at least tasted ok. Wouldn't order again.

• 9/3/24Normally we give Dick's 5 Stars and we order 4 to 5 times a month., but today my food , Fries and a Deluxe was delicious as usual, but I received a Diet Coke instead of regular Coke Medium Soda and they left off my Tartar Sauce , and I love their Tartar Sauce .
I don't know if the Dasher gave my order incorrectly, or if Dick's filled it incorrectly.
But the food is the BEST.

• 4/5/26I must say... I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty my delivery was. First time ordering through DD, and the food was much better than times I've ordered in person. Everything, well, almost everything was perfect. The Strawberry Shake was a bit foamy, but I guess that's to be expected when not picking it up myself. I wouldn't order another shake, for delivery, but I would definitely order again. I ordered 2 Deluxe, 2 Hamburgers, and 2 Fries. Everything was fresh and neat. The portion sizes were great for the price. Sometimes simple is better. Though I love a good gourmet burger, the simplicity of Dick's, served us well. Forgot to take photos. It looked too yummy!
