• 8/20/26I’ve ordered the matcha and hojicha lattes three times now. The first two were fantastic, but the third was honestly terrible, basically a cup of milk with barely any matcha or hojicha.
I’d happily continue ordering because I really enjoyed them before, but I don’t want to risk paying for another cup of milk. I hope the consistency can be improved!

• 3/28/24Asked them to write a get well note with some hearts on the box as I was sending it to someone who is not doing too well. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much <3

• 2/26/26Overpriced and too 'cakey and doughy' prefer Krispy Kreme and Tim's over these. Very disappointed
