Unfortunately my chicken and prawn dumplings were tad burnt...what happened??.

Fried Pork Dumpling / 生煎锅贴 were definitely deep fried, not pan fried, stuck to the box and when ripped off, most of the coating either came off or had the residue cardboard from the box that was stuck on the dumplings. Unfortunately completely inedible.
The wonton Chicken & Prawn Wonton in Noodle Soup (8 Pcs) / 虾肉云吞汤面 was so flavourless I had to take the noodles out and made my own broth with what I had with the wontons. I can honestly say I have never had worse Asian food. This cost $40, and 1/4 was eaten. Dissapointed anda huge waste of money. Just warning others not to order any wonton soups with noodles and perhaps the resturant needs to change how they pack their dumplings into a cardboard container so they don't stick to the sides.

Taiwan Beef in Noodle Soup / 台湾牛肉面 - broth underdeveloped, lack of flavour
