The loaded hash browns and my dunkin refresher is always made really good but sometimes they have none of the items that I order and i have to substitute everything and its kind of annoying but I order from here alot and i love dunkin

Iced cappuccino wasn't made right. They didn't put any sugar or flavoring I asked for. Munchkins were hard and stale. Ordered the same Iced Cappuccino the day before and it was great. Sucks that it wasn't this time

coffee arrived 3/4 of the way full. why would you even order a large if you're not allowing to get a large?
