Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich is hit or miss after ordering 3 times. Sometimes hot and delicious, sometimes the bread does not seem fresh, the bread is soft but the crust is very hard and chewy. The sandwich is big, but I don't know if I will order it anymore.

the Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was stale and cold. the Hash Browns are old and actually taste terrible. my Lemonade was supposed to have raspberry flavoring and very much does not. i just ordered this exact meal from the Jeff location this week at work and it was delicious. this came from new Albany and was gross.

Dunkin' had to swap my ordered donuts which was fine they added donut holes for free. However my hashbrows had a very distinct chemical taste and my bacon was nothing more than burnt pieces and crumbles thrown in the bag .

They put my drinks in the bottom of the bag and my coffee spilled about an inch off the top into the bottom of the bag. I ordered a coffee roll but was given some mystery muffin. The bacon is hard. Everything else looks fine. I haven't had issues from this store before but they must have had a rough morning in there today.
