The bacon on my breakfast sandwich was burnt and the bread was not toasted.  My ice was not made right. I clicked on certain flavorings and they were not in the drink. it was overpowered with other flavors that made it nearly undrinkable. The cookie butter donut, the cheapest and smallest item, was very good though.

Half Dozen Donuts  and Original Blend Iced Coffee were good. however I waited a long time for my order and it even had to be remade even though I could see on the app someone was waiting to pick up my order. I feel like they must need better organization.

First time ever having problems.
sweet tea wasn't sweet
no straw provided
Charged for extra large decaf coffees that are only large. 
Ordered two donuts.  Glazed chocolate for me, and one crème filled.  They were out of mine, so it was replaced with cream filled. I cannot eat the cream filled so had to throw it away.

Ordered the half dozen donut box. Came in a crinkled up bag with a sticker seal that was open already. Dasher said 2 donuts were out of stock, I had asked to do blueberry cake and double chocolate in their place. Ended  up getting 3 of the worst looking blueberry cake and 3 of the worst looking double chocolate donuts ive ever seen shoved into a crinkled up open bag.
