it was end of day when I ordered and so I wasn't surprised when I received a call from Dunkin that they were out of  most of what I ordered. The employee was very pleasant and apologized for not having my requests but did offer other options. everything was perfect. thank you

I usually love Dunkin coffee but the last 2 times it has a scorched taste, like its been there awhile, and some black something in the bottom of the cup. The rest of the order was fine, just the coffee

I selected 12 assorted donuts.  The store called that they did not have 2 of the kinds of donuts I requested.   I just said to replace them with something similar.  The box of donuts we got was a joke.  Very stale.  Dry.  The couple of filled ones had hardy anything them.  And NO chocolate at all.  Not impressed.

my wraps were burnt. my hash browns were smashed and had white stuff on them no idea what it was and my coffee was disgusting i poured it out.

the latte I got was phenomenal. 1 pump unsweet almond. sweeteners- 2pump brown sug. 2pump caramel. 3pump cookie dough. 2 sugars. and sub for almond milk.
