They apparently don't give you straws. This is the second time I have not received a straw so I can't drink the iced coffee I ordered. I have intense cold sensitivity that causes headaches so I cannot just sip from the rim with the ice. They don't always put sweetener in the drink even though it was asked for and they put practically no milk/creamer. Overall getting a drink from here has never been a pleasant experience. 

They didn't have a donut I ordered so they gave me the next best thing with a note which was appreciated. Breakfast croissant sandwiches are never burnt from here like some other locations. Only reason they are getting 4 stars.

Food was good. But the staff doesn't have the best attitude. I've purchased breakfast a few times on the Dunkin app, and today I used DoorDash. Same attitudes. And it kinda sucks, because that's not the best way to start your morning.

This Dunkin the employees are always slow with the orders and when I use the app the employees give you a hard time about the offers in the app they dont ring the coupons correctly.  Terrible service will never go back.
