The quality of the food is excellent. 

Unlike other restaurants, the grilled cheese is NOT greasy, which is very nice.

The bagels are smothered in cream cheese and toasted to perfection.

Coffee spilled in the drink holder, and Dasher put it on top of donut  box so it drained into the box of donuts and smashed  3 of the 1/2 dozen. They also did not give me my ONE stroopwafle donut @$2.48 I ordered and they got the selection of 6 wrong!  Not likely that I will go back, no credit was given for KC's mistake.

Ordered from the Menifee store. Hash browns were dry and super hard. Asked for white cheddar cheese for breakfast sandwich and got American instead. The sandwich was barely warm, not hot. Drinks were great, but I don't like that there is not an option to add special instructions for dietary considerations.  The Temecula store is WAY better.

The Americano was PERFECTION! So smooth and delicious with absolutely no bitterness. I could have done without the Apple Fritter.

Our coffee machine broke, so thought I'd make the wife happy by ordering ourselves some coffee. Got our drinks and it was as white as creamer didn't taste like anything but sugar. Just ordered a medium iced coffee with cream. Barely taste the coffee.
