my coffee came broken in half, the second i pulled it out of the bag it spilled all over my house, the minimal bit of coffee i was able to salvage tasted absolutely horrible. there was no flavoring or milk what so ever and it was completely burnt. i'm absolutely appalled by the level of service i recieved for a simple iced coffee especially when it's $9 for a large.

The donuts were quite awful. I tried one and it had such a chemical taste. I ended up throwing the remaining 11 donuts away! When I opened the box the next morning, the smell of chemicals and a bit of "food going bad" was so strong. 

I've used this store many times and NEVER had this experience so hoping these aren't the items given to DoorDash :-(

When visiting the store in person, their items are fresh and well presented. Again, hoping the old stock isn't what is given to DoorDash customers.

Paid for boiled egg in salad, did not get one. The food quality and quantity is very good. I recommend them based on that, however, can I trust to get what I paid for?

This order was very disappointing. It was missing two food items and the wake up wrap was hard and cracking. I eat them all the time and it is never  a hard wrap. My dogs enjoyed it though so it didn't  go to waste. My sons vanilla bean coolata was an 
ice coffee with  vanilla syrup.  Pictures of all the issues were sent to Door Dash and a refund for the missing items was issued.  The order also came with no straws. I'm not sure if it was the overnight persons last hour of their shift but its unacceptable. I work hard for my mony too.
