Passion Fruit Sunrise just might be the best fruit drink I've ordered from anywhere, ever! Nova Lox and Santa Fe Egg White Sandwich were both on point and well made, good portions on the salmon. Tomato on the nova was almost cut too thick but otherwise perfect. Very happy that I picked Einstein today!

Bagels never disappoints, and this order was another reminder of why it’s one of my favorites. The Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich was the standout—savory chorizo, perfectly cooked egg, and just the right balance of richness and spice. The flavors worked beautifully together without one ingredient overpowering the others.
The Twice-Baked Hash Brown was equally impressive. Crispy and golden on the outside with a tender, flavorful center, it was the perfect companion to the sandwich and added that satisfying bite that makes a breakfast feel complete.
Everything arrived fresh, hot, and well-presented through DoorDash. A simple breakfast order, but executed exceptionally well. Einstein Bros. continues to get breakfast right—bold flavors, quality ingredients, and consistently satisfying from the first bite to the last.

This is hands down my favorite breakfast sandwich/ place ... the flavors are robust and delicious yet the actual sandwich doesn't leave you feeling sluggish or overly full. Giving you that satisfied feeling during your work day.

Let me start by saying I love this place- hands down best bagels in Texas , coming from a born and raised yankee !
I just wanted to make it known - this sandwich should not be toasted! It would have been perfect with the cranberry bagel along with spinach ,tomato, egg - BUT they over toasted my bagel - almost burnt (edges blackened) making it not only messy but nearly impossible to enjoy. I plan to reorder in the future without toasting the bagel to see if it was just an isolated incident. Needless to say - next time getting the garden sandwich- try the cranberry bagel- it gives the taste a delicious twist!

We have been getting bagels and coffee from the Mockingbird store for over 15 years & it is still our favorite location. Love the fresh bagels and friendly staff. Great place to stop & refuel after riding around WRL, SoPac and Santa Fe trail. Currently hooked on the green pepper & everything bagels w garden shmear & choc chip muffins :) Its all good!
