The Gallo pinto is on point! The papusas are good. I think they need to salt the masa just a little more but they make them well! The Desayuno Nicaraguense is so bomb! Very comforting. The platano is perfect! They give you queso frito too which is basically why I order this plate! It is deep fried instead of pan fried though. No problem with that the queso para frier they use is really good. My only suggestion is to make an appetizer of just queso frito. Dont sleep on them!

The good:
The papusas were delicious. We had the bean a cheese and jalapeños and cheese. The pickled cabbage was on point and full of flavor.
The not good:
The fries were undercooked, soggy and tasted like oil. Sadly we threw them out. Also the food was not even started when we got there even though we scheduled our pickup ahead of time and they appeared to not be busy.
In conclusion we will be getting food there again.

Fresh, hot and nice portions for two but amazing for one. Nice to have Salvadoran in the area. Good enough to not have to go to SF!!

We always get pupusa's, and they're great, but I tried the shrimp this time. It was very good. The rice was a little salty, but overall, we were very happy.
