Amazing Peruvian food. Pollo Saltado and Chaufa de Pollo are my favorite.

The maduros and yuca were DRY. Like old and dry. The chicken was god though
The maduros were not ready to make. Soooo so dry and flavorless
The yuca looked like it was cooked in old oil. Overcooked and old
Paid $35 for chicken and terrible yuca and maduros.

The Ceviche had so much salt that I had to throw out the food. please don't use so much salt on food. it was extremely salted. disgusting. I really want my money back. the worst $25 dollars I ever spent
