Third time receiving food from this store and it's inedible . Chicken is never cooked well. And this time my mash potatoes weren't cooked right either. And of course can't never get the tortillas or salsas I had selected either.

Ordered the Queso Guacamole Chicken Burrito and it came without rice, almost no queso and to top it off some poorly chopped veggies

Chicken was burnt and I got scraps that looked like leftover chicken. On my chicken bowl I barley had any chicken on it and I didn't get avocado either

Chicken in 4-piece meal was very dry, hard and inedible. Tostata shell was overcooked, the chicken chewy, and there was no lettuce. I was very disappointed and will not order here again.

The chicken was old, cold, and hard. The rice was not cooked. Salsa was watery. Definitely not the quality El Pollo Loco is known for.
