I called them for a customization and they were very helpful dn the food was fresh and delicious, they made the 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo to order

Everything was over cooked, dry and seemed like it was sitting around forever. Even the churros were terrible. Not sure what happened. Pollo loco is usually consistently good

Missing items on my order called the store to let the know and all she said was sorry I said this is the main reason why I order pollo loco when I request 7 Avocado Salsa (Hot) and I didn't even get 1 also missing a piece of chicken very unhappy about this is not the same having pollo loco with the salsa
