one of my favorite fast foods. feels healthy and bit like home cooked food if on the go. always tasty. a Franchise that has just always been consitent with their quality of food and customer service. think you guys should never go public if you havent. thanks.. all was great as usual.

I normally like El pollo, they are usually on top of it. But this quesadilla was almost cold when I got it and the driver got it here asap after pick up. It's like it was already made and just sitting out. And there wasn't much cheese on it which is sad considering it's a quesadilla. I had to add my own cheese to it.

Order here often but the last few times I have had issues with my order. I ordered a 4pc Half Chicken Meal but it only had 3. I received all Salsa Fresca (Medium) and NO Salsa Roja (Fiery) again as well as green salsa that i did not order. Finally the Large Drink was just full to the top with ice and half empty on my 2nd sip.

The ball was a huge disappointment. It was completely missing pico de Gallo and cilantro from it. Soup was mediocre and very poorly packaged as the broth spilled all over the bag from leaking out they need better packaging. All of the salsa is requested to accompany the meal was missing. The only good thing with the ice tea!

Every time we order from here, they are missing items and the bag is always sealed, so it's on their end. .
Door dash delivery drivers and personal has always been friendly and helpful! Wish the restaurants would work better together with them.
