We ordered El Pollo Loco through DoorDash and had such a great experience! Everything arrived warm, fresh, and ready to enjoy. My husband ordered the Chipotle Quesadilla, and I had the Double Chicken Tostada—both were absolutely delicious.
I especially loved how the tostada was prepared. It came in a clear container, beautifully put together and super easy to eat without everything falling apart. You can tell they really take care in how they present the food.
They also included all the sauces you could want, which made the meal even better.

This restaurant isnt what it used to be. Maybe it's just this location but the chicken used to be juicy and full of flavor, now it's super dry and bland. The creamy cilantro dressing for the tostada salad bowls used to be thick and creamy, now it's super watered down. They used to have corn on the cob as a side, now it's cheap canned corn. Food just doesnt really give fresh anymore. Sad.

Double Chicken Bowl was really good. The chicken was seasoned and marinated well. My Two Churros were hard.

Great as always! 8pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Family Meal . They for churros and Chicken Taco al Carbon. First time from Pollo Loco after more than 20 orders and before pandemic. I give them that. They fed my kids. So I still give 5 stars. I also got credit for it. not drivers fault. bag with tape.. Great delivery!

this is the first time i get everything correct and with condiments. it was delicious, thank you to the workers for the fresh food. also, thank you for adding my chips, salsa, and tortillas (they always forget that).
